Abstract
Faced with the environmental collapse that is taking place, in which several episodes of disregard for the space we live in are presented, Grounding is a lecture demonstration that seeks to share with the public studies (and concerns) about the advent of the Anthropocene from the perspective of the performance arts. To compose the narrative of the work, as a form of artivism, uniting art and ecology, and trying to embrace the complexity involved, we started by reviewing recent studies published in the last 10 years by authors from various fields. Thus, grouding (worlding) is presented as a necessary action so that we can rescue the understanding of belonging to the world, adding a sense of care and responsibility for it.
