Processo de criação “Êxodo-odoxÊ”: retornar ao passado para ressignificar o presente e construir o futuro.

Resumo

RESUMO O artigo apresenta a pesquisa autobiográfica em performance da multiartista Camila Andrade, no projeto intitulado Êxodo-odoxÊ. O estudo sobre a memória e a história de sua família nasceu do desejo de investigar suas raízes ancestrais, principalmente negras e indígenas, e as experiências de racismo e machismo que viveu desde a infância, como consequência da colonização do Brasil. Nesta pesquisa, a artista se propõe a refletir sobre a complexa formação do povo brasileiro a partir de suas narrativas individuais e familiares. No artigo, discorre sobre a primeira performance realizada dentro deste projeto, convidada para fechar a programação do IV Congresso Internacional de Teatro Con/Texto Typea em Buenos Aires, na Argentina, em setembro de 2019. Relata e reflete sobre o processo de pesquisa e elaboração da performance, assim como sua realização e reverberações. E compartilha também sobre a criação do projeto Warmi Sankofa Ayni – intercâmbio cultural entre mulheres latinas negras e indígenas, que estão investigando suas ancestralidades em arte, performando seus movimentos de descolonização, se opondo a seguirem sendo a base da pirâmide social colonial nos lugares onde vivem. Mulheres latinas artistas negras e indígenas.   ABSTRACT The article presents the autobiographical research in performance of the multi-artist Camila Andrade, in the project entitled Êxodo-odoxÊ. This study about the memory and history of her family was born from the desire to investigate their ancestral roots, mainly black and indigenous, and the experiences of racism and male chauvinism that she experienced during the childhood, as consequence of Brazil colonization. In this research, the artist proposes to reflect on brazilian people complex formation from their individual and family narratives. In the article, the artist discusses the first performance performed within this project, invited to close the activities of the IV International Theatre Congress Con/Texto Typea in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in September 2019. She reports and reflects on the research process and elaboration of the performance, as well as its realization and reverberations. And also share about the creation of the Warmi Sankofa Ayni project - cultural exchange between black and indigenous latin women, who are investigating their ancestry in art, performing their decolonization movements, opposing to continue being the basis of the colonial social pyramid in the places where they live.
