Abstract
The project Coexistence: A walking performance proposes the creation and production of a series of records in the form of an article, a photobook and a mini-doc about the hybrid work called Coexistence, an international artistic event that mixes performance, theater, music, visual arts and digital media. Coexistence, a co-production between the research group Gesta (Uergs) and the Teatret Om group (Denmark), had its premiere in August 2022 in the city of Ringkøbing-Skjern, Denmark, within the activities of the International Festival UR-NAT Performance Art. With works of art that dialogue in the interaction between humans and other forms of life, the main theoretical frameworks were Emanuelle Coccia, Ailton Krenak and Jerzy Grotowski. It is estimated that the results, the article, the photobook and the mini-doc will collaborate to raise awareness of environmental issues and disseminate, inside and outside the country, the knowledge, experiences and ways of making art developed in the Theater Graduation Course, from the State University of Rio Grande do Sul.
