Abstract
Casa de Nós is a collective formed by artists and researchers. We are a collection of us. A tangle of threads with disparate trajectories and experiences. We weave among dance, theater and anthropology. Connected by sensitive networks of fine virtual fabrics, networks of cybernetic knots, we cohabit different houses, in different countries and different times. In confusing time zones we make our bodies vibrate. Casa de Nós started from a research initiated in a pandemic period, sewing the fragments of our houses, bodies and cities, shared by the signs of the internet. Casa de Nós has been held in remote meetings since July 2020, in which we investigated the scenic body, focusing on the languages of dance and contemporary theater. We worried about investigating these languages to express also the unequal experience of crossing the pandemic of Covid-19 around the world. This article aims to present and discuss the process of these encounters, highlighting some results, concepts and paths of the research carried out during the pandemic period that reveals ways of being in movement, interconnecting academic and artistic production, individual practices and collective processes.
