Abstract

This summary is a reflection on the poetic work Visagenta (video), one of the folds of the poetic-academic research entitled “Panôbody and the poetic path of the actress”, carried out together with the master’s course at PPGARTES/UFPA. The reflection is focused on 2020, the year that the Covid-19 pandemic exploded in the world and the work was adapted to social isolation. Faced with these reflections, taking care of the plants, the house, my pets, my companion, studying and entering in this state of lockdown, suspension of presence, breath held, my fright led me to create the artistic experiment that I turned into a video, and called it Visagenta. Work that triggered sensations, energies and that reverberate, making me come out of a lethargic state and move dynamics of overcoming the fear in an arduous process of delusional immersion. That's also the name my mother calls me when she realizes I'm scared, afraid. The mother says: “Oh, here she comes with her visagices, you are very visagenta!”. In this investigation, the exchange takes place, primarily, in the friction with the concepts of lines of flight and flow, parts of the rhizomatic thought of Deleuze and Guattari (1992). In addition to the thinkers of difference, the authors Antonin Artaud, Gaston Bachelard, Iara Souza, Jean Chevalier and Alain Gheerbrant enter the circle of this poetic reflection.
